Macau Chef Training & Competition

The Idaho State Department of Agriculture in cooperation with WUSATA, will be coordinating participation in the Macau Chef Training and Competition. Macau is a famous tourist spot in Southern China and is also one of the biggest casino markets in the world. The program includes: Chef Training and a Chef Competition using your products followed by an Award Ceremony. Nearly 50 chefs will be trained between the competition and training. The Awards Ceremony will include a product showcase of your products where major regional importers, distributors, and hotel/restaurant managers will be invited.
