China-based Company Seeking to Invest in Shale Oil/Gas

A potential purchaser is seeking to invest in companies that possess resources or technology for exploration or mining of shale gas or shale oil. Priority consideration will be given to candidate companies that have good technologies for mining of shale gas, coal bed methane, or coal seam gas.
