In the past
three years, EB-5 regional center program was one of the hottest topics
with Chinese emigration industry and many investors who were interested
in sending their kids to American schools and colleges. The interest in
EB-5 program continues to grow amongst Chinese investors.
In the Year of Horse, we will see new emerging trends that may be shocking to many of us who are involved in EB-5 program:
1)
Chinese real estate developers are coming to develop projects with EB-5
finance in big cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Seattle and
others;
2)
Chinese immigration agents are acquiring or establishing EB-5 regional
centers in popular states such as California and New York;
3) Chinese immigration agents are taking equity ownership in EB-5 projects;
4) Many new RCs/projects will have difficult time to secure emigration agents in China; and more!
To learn more about new trends and its possible impact on future EB-5 capital raising activities in Chinese investor market, join us at our Las Vegas Seminar on Feb 5, 2014.

If
your office needs to communicate with Chinese investors and Chinese
business partners on a daily basis, Skype call might be helpful. However
not everyone in China know how to use Skype. One of the best tools for
communicating with Chinese is to have a China Virtual Number. The
Chinese local phone number will be tied to your US office landline or
cellphone number, all inbound calls from China will be directed to your
office or cell phones. Chinese callers will only pay a local toll rather
than international calling fees. To set up your own China Virtual
Number is very easy and only costs less than $10 per month.
You can choose and set up your own China Virtual phone number in just a few minutes at http://www.ChinaVirtualNumber.com, no contract is needed. The service is provided by China's leading phone service China Telecom.
(Source: Hurun.net) The number of Chinese high net worth individuals who have emigrated, or
are planning to do so, rose from 60% to 64%, accounting for 1 in 3
super-rich.
The United States is still the destination of choice, while the number
of individuals emigrating to Europe has increased. Although the amount
of people emigrating to Australia has increased in comparison to last
year, very few of the super-rich choose to move there. It is worth
noting that of the 64%, only 15% are looking to give up their Chinese
nationality, with the majority looking to a permanent residency
overseas.
