Registration opens for the 6th Invest in America Summit and Exhibition (Shanghai)

(Source: Wailian Overseas Group): Officials announced the opening of the registration period for the 6^th Annual Invest in America Summit to be held March 12-13, 2016 in Shanghai at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Pudong, followed by additional stagings at the Ritz Carlton Hotels in Beijing on March 17, 2016 and in Shenzhen on March 19, 2016. Event organizers are also pleased to announce that Plug & Play will serve as Co-Host for this year’s Summit.

The Invest in America Summit and Exhibition is the largest annual American investment conference and trade show in China and focuses on the U.S. EB-5 investment program. Legal Update: On December 15^th, 2015, the U.S. Congress agreed to extend the provisions of the EB-5 investment program unchanged through September 30, 2016. Industry experts predict that the minimum investment amount required thereafter will likely rise by 60% or more. Regional Centers and Developers are strongly urged to take advantage of this chance to meet directly with potential investors and migration agents before new rules go into effect.

Given the expanded focus of this year’s Summit, organizers expect to shatter previous years’ attendance record. During its first 5 years, over 25,000 potential investors and 600 migration agents have participated. 2016 China trade mission
